2 cups Elbow Pasta
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 cup Cheddar shredded
1 cup White Cheddar shredded
½ cup both cheeses blended
½ cup Panko crumbs
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
Salt, Garlic Powder, Thyme, Rosemary, & Oregano to preference
Directions: (makes twelve muffins)
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil pasta and drain. Grease a muffin pan, in a bowl mix panko, olive oil, ½ cup cheese blend,and salt. Take the pasta, stir in butter, egg and each full cup of cheese and the milk. Sprinkle the panko and cheese mix over the tops. Bake for 30 minutes in oven until it is browned. Remove, cool, remove, eat and enjoy.
