Don’t matter how you prep ‘em, they always taste good.

But it’s true, we would be bluffin’

If we didn’t think the best way, was via supper muffin.

Muffin Gratin is great as a side

For thanksgiving, or anytime

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of heavy cream for each tin
  • Two medium sized potatoes

 Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°.  Lightly grease the muffin pans with butter and place a few potato slices into each.  Season each with salt and pepper, add a few more slices and season.  Repeat until the tins are full.  Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and delicious.
